Our mission

Making GPU-native precision medicine accessible to every care team.

Why we exist

Precision medicine is fragmented across silos. We are building the substrate to unify it.

Biomedical data lives in disconnected systems: PACS for imaging, LIS for genomics, EHR for clinical notes. Each modality generates signal, but interpretation happens in isolation. Mergic joins these silos into one GPU-accelerated reasoning layer so clinicians and researchers can see the full picture and act on it in real time.

One platform. Every modality. Governed by design.

Open science

We publish methods, share benchmarks, and contribute to open-source medical AI toolkits.

Patient-first

Every feature ships only when it demonstrably improves patient outcomes or clinician efficiency.

Governed AI

Models run inside clinical boundaries with audit trails, human signoff, and policy controls.

Speed to impact

GPU acceleration compresses weeks into hours. Faster answers mean faster treatments.

Our story

Founded to solve the fragmentation of biomedical data.

Origin

We saw clinicians toggling between six systems to make one decision. That had to change.

In clinical practice and research labs, critical data was scattered: imaging locked in PACS, variants trapped in bioinformatics pipelines, notes buried in EHR systems. Every handoff between systems introduced delay, context loss, and risk. Mergic was built to collapse these silos into a single cross-modal intelligence layer, accelerated by NVIDIA GPUs, governed from day one, and designed for the teams who make life-or-death decisions every shift.

Cross-disciplinary team

Clinicians, ML engineers, bioinformaticians, and GPU systems architects working as one unit from day one.

Healthcare-native from the start

Not a general AI company pivoting to health. Built for clinical governance from the first line of code.

GPU-native architecture

NVIDIA microservices are not bolt-ons. They are the foundation of every product in our platform.

Our values

The principles that guide every decision we make.

Scientific rigor

Every model we ship is validated against peer-reviewed benchmarks. We do not confuse demo performance with clinical-grade reliability. Our teams publish methods, subject models to external audit, and maintain reproducibility as a non-negotiable requirement before production deployment.

Validated. Audited. Reproducible.

Patient safety

Human-in-the-loop by design. Every AI-assisted decision includes clinician signoff, escalation logic, and fail-safe fallbacks.

Transparency

Models explain their reasoning. Audit trails track every inference. Clinicians see why, not just what.

Speed to impact

GPU acceleration turns overnight analyses into same-shift results. Faster science means faster cures.

Governed innovation

We ship fast, but inside clinical boundaries. Policy controls, model lifecycle, and compliance are architecture.

Inclusive by default

Models trained on diverse populations. Validated across demographics. Bias monitoring is continuous.

NVIDIA Inception Program Member

Deep access to the GPU-accelerated healthcare ecosystem: Clara, MONAI, Parabricks, BioNeMo, NeMo, and NIM.

As an NVIDIA Inception company, Mergic has engineered every product around NVIDIA microservices. Clara and MONAI power imaging, Parabricks accelerates genomics, BioNeMo drives drug discovery, and NeMo/NIM handle governed inference. This is not integration — it is native architecture that extracts maximum performance from GPU hardware at every layer of the clinical and research workflow.
