These Terms govern your use of Mergic. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you’re using Mergic on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Mergic provides AI-powered code review, code graph indexing, and related developer tooling (the “Service”). We continuously improve the Service and may add or modify features.
You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Notify us immediately at security@mergic.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Don’t use Mergic to develop competing AI code-review services, reverse-engineer our models, or violate any law. Don’t upload malware or data you don’t have the right to process.
You own your code and your data. You grant Mergic a limited license to process them only as necessary to provide the Service. We never train foundation models on customer data.
Fees are described on our pricing page. Annual contracts are non-refundable except as described in our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Late fees may apply per applicable law.
Mergic’s outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You’re responsible for reviewing outputs before merging code. Mergic provides confidence scores and abstention to help, but final judgment is yours.
We target 99.95% uptime. Enterprise customers receive SLA credits per the Enterprise MSA. Status: status.mergic.ai.
You can cancel anytime — monthly Starter is end-of-cycle, annual plans terminate at renewal. We may suspend for non-payment or material breach with 14 days’ notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You’ll indemnify Mergic for third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts of San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed 30 days in advance.
